Ladies Man

Ladies Man - Katy Evans A promiscuous yet charismatic man, an insecure heroine. And not on her personality or talents, of which I see none, but on her looks. Her self-worth is completely validated by the men in her life in this predictable, juvenile (supposedly in their 20s but read like 14 year olds) romance. I picked this up thinking it was by another author. Based on this book, this is a to-miss author for me henceforth.

Some dialogue was decent but the relationship had no development. I didn't understand their passion beyond the physical. I especially didn't get why he wanted her. She was far too one-dimensional to enjoy this book. Oh did I mention she's struggling and he's a billionaire? Trope after trope and not much redeemable.

I far prefer Beautiful Player, The Mistake, and about 100 other reformed players.
